This lawyer was my exes 8th or 9th council. She didn’t know how to talk to the judge, my lawyer or anyone for that matter. She did not sound confident or frankly professional. She was also very unorganized and every point they had, the judge shut down quickly. Thanks to Andrea I am now exactly equal with my ex as far as parenting after a 5 year battle with a woman set on ruining my life and keeping the children from me. If I were acquiring council today I would go to the professionals not an Abbotsford strip mall lawyer. Don’t cheap out, you get what you pay for. I will say this though, she did seem to honestly care about my ex and believed she was trying to help her. She seemed quite ethical and a decent person just incompetent.
