I had a terrible experience with Any.Her advice went against the Canadian judicial council and she modified and recommended I removed the judges mistakes because they might get mad. don't trust a lawyer if they call you with advice instead of emailing it to you. I lost the motion because of her. She also threatened to bring me to court after I told her all her mistakes. please stay away from her. She also sent me an email saying that everything was ready and sent to the court house and was not. The way they worded the email was everything was sent off and completed and ready for the motion. This was not true. I emailed her asking how comme she did not carbon copy me in the email. Any reply was be abuse we didn't send it. please save yourself the stress and use another lawyer even of ahe doesn't take a deposit

Excellent, professional and successful family lawyer. Any works with one (if not the most) respected family law firm in Ottawa that handle complex cases with wisdom, tact and maturity. Her approach in my case was child focused (judge`s eye and realism) and her pleadings were of a high level. She is bilingual and her english written and oral submission in court were just percussive and crushing. She was successful on 2 motions in a row and instrumental in getting all my claims. She was also successful on my cost submission which led to the court granting me a substancial indemnity basis cost award. I recommand Any Mayer to anyone looking for a respected representation in family law and her rates are reasonable for her lenghy experience and successful results she garantees. Any swiped her failing opponant lawyer (Yanik Guilbault) with fluency. I recommand her to anyone looking for justice and a high level represention.

english is not her first language. Makes it difficult for her to communicate what needs to be communicated articulately. She wasn't experienced then but took on my case and i was naive then.
