Three law firms have provided me his reputation, all of which noted his use of minor procedural errors to try and fight his cases (low level lawyering) as well as his use of aggressive, non-solution focused lawyer letters(as in NO solutions presented). Those little letters will cost you a min of 15 minutes each (now divide that by his hourly bill rate). He creates a circle of arguments to increase his pocket money. He doesn't guide his client and stands up for collaboration. I have been in court with him several times now, and he has crumbled at every one. The point being, he lost every one but continues to try to go back to court over and over and over again. See the pattern here? My suggestion - you want a lawyer to waste the other parties money and yours? Like 200k plus? Pick him. He is really talented at it. If you want to solve your problem, move on to a top laws firm in the city as you will save money spending 350-400 an hour as compared to hiring durgali at a cheaper rate.

It is not only unfortunate when a person who has lost a case seeks to destroy the reputation of the excellent legal counsel who won that case, it is the very height of unfair dealings. I am not the person the negative reviewer claims that I am. I find it interesting that seemingly every person in that person's life has done them wrong, including legal counsel for the other party! Very circumspect. Alexei is a very professional and hard working lawyer. I highly recommend him.

I think it was Mr. Durgali's attention to details and amazing memory that helped win my case in court this week. He was relentless in making sure each piece of possible evidence was put forward to defend my position. I greatly appreciate his professionalism.

Our family faced a situation in which a joint custody order was trying to be negated by the other custodian. The stakes could not have been higher, as it had been made clear to our side of the family that if we lost in court, we would lose all access to the child. Mr. Durgali did an excellent job representing my family. This required him to go through dozens of emails and listen to many phone calls full of foul language and accusations, many of which were actually sent to his office by the opposing client themselves! He meticulously showed this evidence to the court, as well as legal precedents that showed we should retain custody. We not only kept custody but won costs. Although the judge makes the final decision this could not have been possible without Mr. Durgali's patience both with us and with the client he had to go up against. He showed he had not only thick skin to tolerate what he was put through as our representative, but the legal knowledge to ensure we prevailed.

Alexei is a thoughtful, professional and empathetic family lawyer who will fight tenaciously for your cause. Alexei has worked for our family for a number of years, and has fought and won hard battles in court and also found opportunities for resolution, always keeping in mind the best interests of the child. Paid over $10,000 without any results or conclusion, ended up changing lawyers and required to start all over again.
