Hired to complete a very simple divorce and after 5 years, no results. Ghosts you, moves firms on the regular. Makes promises to file and does not keep them. Terribly disorganized, chronically has "personal issues" that delay filing progress. DO NOT recommend.

I had Mr. Ferr on a matter with child services. He was very attentive to the case. He was easy to reach. Helped me with any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs his help. Being a single parent I am on a very limited budget. It was worth every penny I spent. I have had him on other matters as well. Including legal matters that involved civil action against a credit card company. As well as car accident claims. Very diverse and very happy with all out comes. Never disappointed. 7807070707

This lawyer cost me everything I had to hire a different lawyer to pick up the pieces but it didn't help ,literally cost me everything, he would get me in contempt orders for his own personal problems and show up empty handed causing more problems ,he ignored a order from the judge for 2 months while ignoring my phone calls and texts emails for 2 months as we supposed to prepare response finally only returning my call 2 hours before court ,, abs I paid him over 10 grand for this,,, I actually complained to law society,,do not hire this lawyer ,, he will ruin your life ,,,in results I had to move away start a new life hasn't been pleasant 2505167559

An absolute down to earth lawyer, with great experience in family law. Definitely needs an assistant to improve communications, but is fair and reasonable in pricing.

Communication is very bad. He just up and ghosted me. He always said he would do this and that but never did anything. When it was time for questioning with OP he caved and could not handle the pressure. It took forever for him to file anything and to even withdrawal from my case. He kept rescheduling appointments, missed a court date on my behalf and was making decisions without my approval. Overall a bad choice for a lawyer. Also, his website link doesn’t work and he hasn’t been with a legit law firm since being forced out of Heritage Law.

This guy is the worst.. absolutely the worst.. we finished our divorce for more than a year peacefully, after being paid he did not submit the paperwork to the court house and cancelled his number, moved from the original firm and will not return calls... This is still unresolved... Worst/terrible human-being

I recently used David as my laywer in the separation process. Couldn’t ask for a better service. He was very professional, went far and boynd for me. He went above and beyond for me today. Including with helping to find a another lawyer. He is not a greedy man as to hand off a customer to another. He is very compassionate. Also he was very on point with information given. When upset he understands how to help someone self sooth from stressful situstions and look at the big picture of what to do. Very good listener! Seems very dedicated to his work. He even offered to refund me money for a fault that was not his. He was very honest. I would highly recommend David!
