Unprofessional. Over changes without detailed billing. Lack of communication from John D Jones and his paralegal. Easy divorce took f11/2 years to finalize due to unreturned emails and phone calls after taking retainer fee. Final Decree was incorrectly prepared. Reported it to firm owners they didn’t care and would not correct or give me an itemized bill for all of the hours he claimed.
