Jeff rewrote my will, enduring power of attorney, and personal directive in support of my divorce. His insight into what was needed for point in life fit preciously with where I wanted to proceed. Jeff was very timely in progressing things taking into account my time expectations and requirements. He produced a solid set of documents and have recommended to others.

We hired Jeff to help my mother to create will/power of attorney/primary directive documents. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and help us understand all legal aspects related to these action. That helped my mother to make better decisions. In addition my mother speaks very limited English and he was very professional in this manner and explained us our options related to the qualified translator that had to be present at all meetings, to ensure my mother will receive the best understandings of the law and all proceedings. During the entire process Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were very satisfied with the quality of service we received, speed of the entire procedure and treatment we received in his office. We definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a great Family lawyer. On that note I also have to mention that price for the services was very competitive.

Jeff proved to be just like every greedy, excuse-riddled, heartless person that is the image that comes to mind when people think of a lawyer. He billed excessively and in particular he billed again excessively when an error that he made was pointed out to him and he had to fix it. The client should not be paying for your sloppiness, Jeff. Jeff is untrustworthy & dragged the experience of a very amicable separation out and caused more stress than the separation itself. Yes, it is his job to advise his client but a client who is a good person and didn't want to make this separation ugly should not have to put up with you attempting to drag us all through the crap so you can bill more. I would not recommend him or his style of shady law to anyone. I will not recommend him and I think Resolve Legal should assess either their representation or their practice if this is the way everyone at that firm behaves. Community goodwill will not cover your ugly practices for long.

Jeff has been amazing to work with, his professionalism and genuine empathy has been reassuring in this whole process. I am so happy that I found Jeff. First, I called many law firms and left messages, but Resolve Legal Group was the only firm to get back to me. I was so stressed after my ex sent me court papers, but Jeff went through them with me and made me feel like things were going to be okay. We ended up coming to an agreement without going to court - thank god! Jeff also had me meet with another lady at the firm (Deanna) who helped us get connected with a parent coordinator which has also helped us a lot. I would highly recommend Jeff and Deanna and his firm. The best part - Jeff has been a lawyer for over 20 years but his rates were not nearly as high as what my ex was paying his lawyer who only had 1/2 his experience. My ex was not happy with his lawyer either. I have heard many horror stories out there - so it was nice to have a decent experience despite the rotten circumstances.
