I had a first hand experience with this attorney who tries to act honest on the surface by manipulation using his past role as a Judge in a Small Courthouse in Ontario and also his age and experience. What I am trying to say is do not be fooled. He has the 50 years of experience and knowledge but that does not mean he will advocate for people. Elliot Goldstein will choose to advocate for another lawyer any day over his own client that he had intitially takenn an oath as an office of the the law. He is just practising to be part of the club of lawyers and feed on vulnerable people by charging fees to the client but providing service to the opposite adversary side. Very unfortunate. He will say one thing today, tomorrow he will say the opposite. I wonder why he is still practising at this age. Must be the greed of money and robbing innocent vulnerable people in Estate Law. If you need protection from the violations of lawyers involving the PGT also, stay away from this lawyer.

After my initial consultation with Mr. Goldstein I knew that he was the right Litigation Lawyer for me. I could tell that Mr. Goldstein is not an ordinary Lawyer AT ALL. My case was extremely difficult. Mr. Goldstein was able to calm me down every time. He was extremely honest. Mr. Goldstein and his Assistant, Silvana (who is Mr. Goldstein’s right hand) are truly amazing people and I guarantee whoever uses their services will not be disappointed at all. Thank you both for your extremely hard work, your kindness and professionalism! You will not find another legal team like Mr. Goldstein and Silvana!

Mr. Goldstein is an absolute professional with an exceptional knowledge of his subject matter. He has an extremely honest demeanour in addition to being excellent at explaining convoluted legal concepts. He promptly replies to communications and is always available and flexible with meeting times. I highly recommend this lawyer.
