That's a lot of 5's but this is a legit review. Obviously as soon as you're talking court there's nothing affordable or stress-free about the process, but given that, James is a great advocate. His on-the-spot facility with relevant cases and law is very impressive. He's good at pivoting strategies on the spot and tailoring his approach to the evolving situation. He is sensitive to the expenses involved in family law -- and believe me, that's a big plus -- and efficient and responsive. He's open to a collaborative strategy and genuinely cares about his work. I would love to say that our case is finished but some family law situations don't work like that -- and given the circumstances, I feel lucky to have found James. Don't get a lawyer unless you need one, and if you need one, I can recommend James.

If you are angry at your ex, and sick of fighting with their thick head by yourself, and want someone else to yell about how much they have wronged you, particularly to do so in front of a judge, and in angry letters to their lawyer too, and even get the judge angry and yelling back, look no further than retaining James Cudmore. He will carry your water. He will shout masked threats in the courtroom and write inconsistent and error-riddled letters. He will lie for you. It is a more practiced skill than actual legal research, chez Mr. Cudmore. He will not seek for you to see the bigger picture. He will keep you angry and paying his fees so that he can drag your dispute out beyond all semblance of reason or fairness. If you want to find yourself at the bottom of a bottle, James Cudmore is your lawyer.
