I would not recommend Rochelle and would advise that you find someone else. She dropped the ball, and I am paying the price.

I did not have a good experience with this lawyer, which is unfortunate as I had high expectations for her going through reviews and CanLII. I worked with her for almost a year with mixed results. She is disorganized. Absurd billing or lack of billing practices. I tried being patient but in the end my case went no where. I ended up hiring another lawyer to tie up loose ends, correct her mistakes and seal the deal. She is also horrible at returning communication at some points in our relationship. When does does she wastes time getting to the point, lots of inaction and reviewing information she should be on top of. In my opinion she dropped the ball a few times resulting in a disadvantaged negotiation position and some of the work was sloppy. One should be prepared before calling clients back to not waste time. I would not recommend Rochelle.
