This is an attorney who should be doing her work instead of here nails; should lay off the big jars of candy in her office. Should answer calls and respond to clients without relying on screaming and throwing tantrums. She should not engage in "revenge billing". And her clients, who in some cases waited 7 years for a chance (GOOGLE; started in the early 70s) to comment on their disappointment.
