Don't waste your time and money with this firm. His assistant Sarah is rude and condescending, actually hung up on me. They avoid phone calls. You call and ask to speak with his assistant Sarah and are told she is out to lunch and to call back at 2PM, then you call again and are told she didn't return and that she might have gone to the bank. They say they mail you things, 20 days later and still nothing. Very unprofessional.

Hope this reaches everyone considering working with this law firm. Firstly, I am amazed at how useless Lou and his army of assistants actually are. If you ever assumed that lawyers need to be intelligent....you were wrong! I consider it a miracle that this law form is still able to attract clients! Their customer service is non-existent, they literally hide from the phone when it rings! and They make a lot of mistakes...which is the layering equivalent to being an alcoholic pilot. This bare minimum mentality was responsible for delaying the closing of a property whose offer had been excepted 2 months before.
they are so disorganized that they were unable to discharge a mortgage that they had been responsible for registering in the first place. They had over two months to organize a few documents and they did nothing. When I tried to contact them, they had either just stepped out.
