Don’t be fooled by the $313.60 consultation fee. I had a consultation in Feb 2022 and paid upfront before hand. 9 months later in Nov 2022 I received an invoice for another $383.60 out of the blue for the same telephone call from Feb 2022! A total of $697.20! When asked to provide explanation or what this additional money bought me, I was told ‘The consultation does not consist of a complete and detailed review of all client documents.’ And that ‘Sean gave me a discount on my invoice.’ I feel ripped off by this firm. Others need to be aware.

Sean has been our legal counsel for more than ten years and we have nothing but praise for his work, his professionalism and his practices. As a good lawyer is supposed to do, he made a point of examining every possible move we could make in a particularly difficult case before laying the various options out for us and helping us to understand the ramifications and consequences of our choices. We liked that he always insisted that we make the choice and never forced his opinion.
His billings were always timely, itemized and detailed, which helped us track our progress and expenses as our case progressed. We appreciated that we never had to try and recall the purpose or topic of phone call or letter that was itemized on his list, because of this timeliness.
We would – and have – recommended him to friends and associates.
We are convinced that he truly had our best interests at heart and did everything legally possible to advance our case with professionalism and competence.

Would not recommend Sean Kelly. He wasted my time and billed me for every little thing along the way. He decided to change his "angle" multiple times which led to him putting in more and more "research" which costed me thousands of dollars. I do not believe he truly put in the hours he claimed to have. He does not make eye contact, he dodges phone calls and the couples of times I was able to reach him, he would just talk in circles and cut me off when I tried to ask for clarification.

the only thing he can do is bill you for every little thing and get no results.If I was hiring someone to bill people...he would be it. I would go as far as incompetent. waste of money... he is more concerned with his "reputation" than your case...
