I hired NTM Paralegal to handle my Divorce . I met Nash in Red Deer Ab , we discussed my situation and signed a contract to do the divorce. I transferred over $900 to him the following day. from that time on i received nothing but excuses why he had not started the divorce proceedings. He then sent me a improperly completed Statement of Claim for Divorce and said the Paper had been filed. He also want more money for serving her with the Statement of claim. The Statement had not been signed and did not have Court file Number on it. I asked him to provide me with a Court File No . he gave a number which turned out to False after calling the Court of Queens Bench they told me that Number was not any thing they had ever seen and told me that nothing had been registered. I phoned Court of Queens Bench once a week for 6 weeks and nothing was ever registered. At this point I informed NTM I wanted my money back, He blocked my phone number and i have not been able to get a hold of he since

I don't believe that he is a lawyer.He calls himself a paralegal. He is very quick to ask for money but in my case did absolutely nothing for 8 months. He claimed to have filed paperwork but when I checked, he had not filed anything with the courts. He had me pay for certificates that were not required.After some investigation, I realized that he lied to me constantly and in the end he got my money and documents and delivered nothing. He stopped returning my calls. When I checked his references last summer, they were all happy. I can't explain wheat happened. He seemed like a decent guy.

This guy usually advertises on Kijiji. His practices are very fraudulent & shady. Sounds very professional before receiving fees. He made a "No Show" for a court trial scheduled for me. Would never reply to emails, calls etc. His advertised office address is occupied by University students renting.
