Hired for a case against CAS - she didn't want all the evidence I was providing, didn't contest every wrong accusation and the bad faith of CAS, although I had all the evidences. She threatened me to stop working for my case, and since she was the only francophone lawyer available taking CAS cases (the other francophone lawyer are hired by CAS). According to her, the document would have been too large and not read by justice. In court, I was the one informing the justice, because she wasn't defending me well. Then she offered to sign an agreement with CAS, but she never mentioned the child would become a ward of the Society and it is not even written in the judgment. When I discovered 3 months later, she wrote back that it was "obvious"; and when I wanted a meeting with me, she never replied. I had already received a letter informing me she had closed the case and I should have given a 3 000 $ downpayment, not paying for a consultation. I lost my child for "crimes" I never committed!
