I have personally worked with Warren Woo and in that time I have never had such a great Lawyer to work for. He is very down to earth and polite as can be. I would defiantly recommend Warren to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling their house.

Warren Woo and his paralegal Rikki Kidd stole over $5000 from me personally, and nearly $1M total through mortgage fraud. The Alberta Lawyer Indemnity Association is powerless because everything was done through Rikki, but Warren signed sworn audits of his financials through 2.5 years of fraud. He knew what what was going on. Cannot believe he's employed by Summit Legal. He's a scumbag thief.

Warren handled our real estate transaction exceptionally. We encountered an issue upon closing when some items that were agreed to in the contract were removed. He attended to this immediately, achieving a favourable result. Would use him and Summit Legal Group again without hesitation.

Rikki Kidd did not file my home purchase claim properly. They are closed due to misappropriation of funds. My purchase wasn't completed, no title insurance filed, no permit/easements done, no RPR. She claimed she sent my file to law society, was a lie. Constantly ignored my requests for updates.

Scumbag lawyer who just about ruined a simple mortgage I put through. Today I received notice that Aspen Law Office misappropriated client trust funds. Incredibly, Mr. Woo got another job at Summit Legal Group. Personally, I wouldn't trust him managing a 10 year old's soccer team.
