Erica mislead me on a few things. Didn't know any information regarding the policy of the Defendant and I didn't know till we were at mediation. She didn't have it until Disclosure, should of been the first thing she asked for. Told me not to worry about gathering information myself, it's her job. This was a horrible ending and now doesn't respond to any contact. She should of known what information to gather before proceeding??
