Rachel acted as my lawyer where my spouse and I attended mediation. She was extremely knowledgeable, and ensured that I thought about the proposed settlement from every angle. I felt confident relying on her for advice and felt we achieved a very good outcome. I would certainly use Rachel as my lawyer again, although I certainly hope I don't have another divorce.

Although Rachel is knowledgeable for an inexperienced young lawyer, she has a lot to learn about advising clients of potential risks. She messed up with my separation agreement leaving me open for financial hardship. I hope she at least learned from her mistakes. She also abandoned my case at a critical time leaving me to scramble to find another lawyer at the last minute.

As a single-father, I can say Rachel is an amazing family lawyer and I will be consulting her first, if I ever get married again...LOL! She helped me navigate a messy divorce and negotiate a fair settlement on both parenting and property division. Her knowledge and expertise has helped secure a solid foundation for the next chapter of my family life!

I cannot speak more highly of the entire team at Morrison/Williams. Through all of the stress and confusion they were able to lend kindness, compassion, and clarity--even in the midst of my wavering emotional stability throughout the process. You can tell that you are their priority and you are supported. Rachel set great expectations as we went through so I wasn't surprised by the next steps. She answered all of my questions and genuinely listened to my concerns. I was admittedly scared going through all of this during the pandemic, but Rachel was able to bridge that gap with clear and concise communications through email and video chat. I am incredibly lucky to have worked with her through one of the most difficult times in my life. Couldn't have gotten through it without her.

I was a recent client of Morrison Williams. Having consulted with other Law Firms which deal in the same field of practice, I elected to go with Morrison Williams. Rachel Williams was my lawyer and she represented me. This young professional was candid with her advice and honest with respect to my chances of achieving my objectives. This lady knows her Family Law, and she was truly a pleasure to deal with !!! .... and, she's outstanding at "holding her ground" before a Family Court Judge.I ultimately achieved a much better settlement than expected, without having to go to trial.
This Law Firm charges a far more reasonable rate than some of the other lawyers out there. Do yourself a huge favour - if you're going through a separation or divorce, reach out to Rachel for a consultation .... I'm confident you won't regret it !!
By the way, Amanda is a Law Clerk for the Law Firm, and was great to deal with as well.
