Ended up having to switch lawyers - the contract she drafted was unusable and incomplete. It was my first time working with lawyers before. Only having switched I realized how negligent she was. To be fair, she did not seem interested in the file, but was interested in the retainer.

Spent over 3 years trying to sign a post-nup, spent thousands of dollars with NO result. Eventually she had her assistant tell me she was too busy to continue my case. She didn’t even call me directly - very unprofessional. She was unresponsive, overly complicated matters and deterred from our primary objectives leading to over-prolonging the process. I spent thousands of dollars with no result. Stay away!

Nancy was my mother’s lawyer (to great success) and then years later, mine. She is brilliant and wins her cases. I can’t say enough great things about her. I have recommended her family law practice to many friends and associates over the years. She has integrity and you can trust her 100%.

I changed three family lawyers before settling on Nancy Iadeluca. The last lawyer I dropped actually recommended Nancy and I’ll always be grateful for his honest advise in sending me to her and telling me she’s the most brilliant lawyer he knows of. She is extremely detail oriented and will catch lies and discrepancies that almost anyone else would overlook. She understood the processes involved, caught time stamps, serial numbers and the dates documents were issued and was able to devastate the other side using their own evidence. She was tenacious & flustered the other side with her deadly talent for cross examination. Maybe I was lucky bcs my counter party was a sloppy liar but one of the big names I fired was Herschel fogleman bcs I found him to be nothing but a bloated ego with defeatist advise & a judgemental attitude towards his own client. If my best friend or family member asked me for a recommendation- I would tell them not to even consider anyone but Nancy
