When the going gets tough, he does not get going. Instead he brings another lawyer into the case and shares the fee with that lawyer. James Lloyd makes so many misrepresentations he can't even keep them straight. Avoid him like the plague.

My perception is that this attorney lies to his clients. Likes to use the phrase "hit it out of the ballpark." He will take any case, and then when he doesn't think it is winnable in court, he will have his wife sell you down the river through mediation. Avoid.

This guy is so full of nonsense, even he doesn't understand what he is saying. There are a lot of lawyers out there who make sense - unfortunately he is not one of them. Anyone would be better than him for a personal injury, worker's comp., or social security disability case. If you do talk to him, ask him if he has ever been rated as a Super Lawyer for personal injury, or for that matter any other legal specialty. If is says "yes" he is not telling you the truth.
