Mr Margolis has represented me in my workers comp case, over the last 14 years. I was denied on several different issues. From day one, he told me the reality of fighting a works comp case. I was never promised that every outcome would be in my favor. Mr Margolis won not only one decision, but every one! I have hired several attorneys in my life, and I've never had an attorney work as hard, or diligently, as Mr Margolis. I have used Conrad on more than one employment law matter including review of proposed contracts and advice. He has always been responsive, professional and his experience and knowledge are evident. He has replied to communications promptly and his advice has been excellent.

For the initial consultation with this lawyer we had to pay $350.00 cash before he would look at anything. He then gave us a 30 min talk which was uninformative. We were advsied that for him to take the case we had to pay a $1000.00 retainer - which we did. We then sent him the paperwork concerning the matter for his consideration however then he did not respond to advise us of the legal position even though we sent various reminders by e-mail. On various occasions he indicated that he would respond "tomorrow" but no response came. He then indicated that he was busy with other clients and or that he had moved office and or his secretary had been unwell., When we ultitmately called to find out when he would be able to respond he indicated that he could "feel the stress down the phone" and would respond over the weekend and that he wouldn't charge for the phone call. Over the weekend we re-considered his attitude and fired him the following Monday. Terrible!
