I hired her for mortgage refinancing transaction she paid herself from the balance I have left plus she charged me $900 Title Insurance with no receipt or certificate I had to email and txt her he excuse was she has headache and today is not a good day to ask kept on dragging for week then sent me the recepit which was for $190.00 ONLY and refuse to refund me. So she got my fund from the bank paid herself double of what agreed on AND overcharged the title insurance fee by $700 and refuse to refund with no explanation!!! AVOID AT ALL COST
