Stephanie did not submit all of the required documents to help our case. She recommended we take an online course, pass the test and submit the certificate to her(at our expense).The course was completed successfully and the certificate was sent to her. In the letter sent to us from the adjudicator, it states "Your lawyer also refers to completion of a safe driving course and an attached certificate. However the certificate was not included in the materials before me, so I have not considered it" I feel we were not represented fairly, and our concerns were dismissed once this was brought to her. How can a lawyer forget to send in a document...that's ridiculous!!
