Contrary to claims does not appear know much about real estate or strata law, seldom replies to emails and is very hard to reach on the phone. Has dragged out a straightforward claim of gross misrepresentation in strata property disclosure on latent deficiencies for four years with no end in sight. Only just applied for a trial date last fall and has yet to conclude discovery.

Knows little to nothing about conveyancing, after dropped as lawyer he held up case by not removing CPL either by not knowing how to remove or purposefully doing so because found new laywer
