Doug McCartney is a straight shooter who came up with a genius way to restructure my father's company after our start up became profitable but was quite nearly dismantled by me hiring the wrong HR staff (my mistake.)
On behalf of my family and myself, I would not only highly recommend Doug because it doesn't do him justice, I would honestly say Doug is one of smartestest lawyers I've ever done business with. And I'll be honest I've met a lot in my field of publicly traded entrepreneur start ups. Doug is the ace high card. He is invaluable.
