I was referred to Mr. Franklin after a terrible and costly experience with another lawyer. I explained to Mr. Franklin what the parameters of my suit were and what my former attorney was responsible for and had failed to carry out. Mr. Franklin then promised to have two lawyers at my disposal for a fee that was a percentage of what my former attorney had charged me for one lawyer. By the end of two months, I was being billed the quoted amount for each lawyer, the second lawyer brought in was Lazar Sarna. Both these lawyers would sit in a consultation with me making inappropriate jokes because I would be in tears over the toll that my lawsuit had taken on me. At one point, Mr. Lazar stated, "Do you ever feel like killing yourself". Both Jonathan Franklin and Lazar Sarna laughed at this comment. If you do business with this man, video and record any and all exchanges with him. He is ill mannered and equipped to deal with the public, you would do well to protect your own interest
