Great man but incompetent in my situation. Wasted a great deal of my time talking about the cosmos but billed CMPA for eleven hours of interviews I suspect but acutally spent about 30 minutes asking about my situation. Decided he wanted to play ignorant at hearing but in fact had discussed the conditions in great detail and refused to act as a lawyer.
