I was very impressed with the way Gavin represented during a recent personal injury claim. Even though my claim for damages was a small one he did his upmost to see that I received a fair settlement from the Insurer. Gavin was very good at communicating with throughout the process. He always sought out my opinion before proceeding to the next step. Even though there wasn't much in it for Gavin money-wise he did his absolute best to represent me to the best of his ability. His legal assistant Melanie was also very helpful, very professional and a very good communicator. Despite the fact that the claim Gavin Cosgrove handled on my behalf was a relatively small claim that didn't stop him from putting in the same efforts he would if the claim was larger. His level of professionalism and knowledge were top notch. Gavin was willing to have honest, open discussion with me and worked diligently to obtain a fair settlement which required continued ongoing discussion with the defendant. He did not simply recommend acceptance of the first offer presented. I would absolutely recommend Gavin to my family, friends or anyone else needing a strong lawyer to advocate on their behalf.
