Erin helped me through a very dragged out cross-border divorce which consisted of a mentally instable ex and a bully of a lawyer as opposing counsel. Erin remained calm, collected at all times and provided me with factual information throughout the whole process. I cannot thank her enough and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Erin Townley is a very good lawyer when it comes to defending clients who are in it to win, in spite of "ethical" & "moral" code. Erin is great at representing those who live without conscious.. I believe she would make a great criminal lawyer.
Erin did in fact fight a lengthy battle between my ex common law partner and I (see 1/17/18 review.) 5 years to be exact (see 10/8/20 review.) Our 5 year common law (never married although engaged) family legal battle involved a severely handclapped child. It is unfortunate that our legal system is just that.. Legal. There is absolutely no justice in our legal system. The system is NOT set up to protect the vulnerable as it is intended to feed the egos & pockets of Sociopaths, Psychopaths & the Elite. I have been dealing with Erin for about 5 years now. She has helped me navigate the lengthy, convoluted world of separation. Don't put too much stock in some of these negative reviews, it's actually my ex trying to drive down her rating because she's done such a good job for me.

She is a very dark emotionally, I find her to be troubled. Her moods rapidly change. Besides that, she is a bad lawyer. She sent my affidavit to me to review an hour before the deadline to file and asked for my approval immediately, even though I sent her my rough copy a week prior. I did not agree with the changes she made to it, because they were not true. When I protested, she basically said you must approve this, or we don't submit it at all. She is a bully. In my opinion she should be disbarred for that.

Can't recommend Erin enough (and I have to friends and family in need)! Erin seems to have an excellent understanding of the law, and because of this, I feel she was able to fight for me accordingly. Erin was also very available when I needed her, which was a huge help for my state of mind. Compared to others that I saw, her rate is also extremely reasonable.. As I said, can't recommend her enough.

This woman is terrible to work with. It seems that she easily becomes emotionally invested rendering her illogical, unrational, and unprofessional. She will goad the opposition and foster drama between you and your opposition just so that she can make more money off your never ending conflict. She will suggest unreasonable methods of compromise and drag out issues unnecessarily. She's like the ugly chick in every mean girls club - has nothing going for her and something to prove. Her work quality is subpar. Once she sees a cash cow, she sinks her claws in and doesn't let go. Don't let this be you.

Erin did a horrible job on a simple file. Her work has to be completely redone. She over charged me for hours but refused to get the invoice revised. I would recommend everyone to stay away from her services.

The rating speaks for itself. She's great. Has fought a lengthy fight against an ex wife who thinks she runs the world and will continue to use her when necessary.
