PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. DONT RETAIN HIM AS A LAWYER. I don't know how Arif Hussain graduated with a law degree. He is nice at first but once you give him money and start getting to the end of case/hearings, he will become very unprofessional and give up. He does not prepare before any hearings and wings all court proceedings. To him, you are just another client to grab money from. You will lose your case and he doesn't care the repercussions that you will face. This man has monopoly in Bengali/Bangladeshi community and that is why he is able attract so many clients and succeeded partnering with his firm. There is nothing this man offers that 1000s of other lawyers cannot do. There are honest/ethical lawyers out there, go to specialist section of LSO and research their past cases. Don't hire this man. PLEASE.

Took on a DUI case and retained himself through legal aid without my confirmation. Ok that was the start to my hell with this lawyer. "You can call me after 10pm darling". We had zero communication until hours before trial. He didn't do his job Defending me as his client. There is a McNeil on my DUI case and so many reasons to take it to trial and he really didn't care for my future or feelings. Write me the blank cheque you promised Arif and take better care of your clients in the future.
