Ms Pop-Lazic did a fine job for me. She is diligent about the law and thorough in her preparation, which does mean higher total hours billed. However, she is effective in court and won her position on my behalf. She can miss deadlines and be slow to respond, perhaps due to having too much on her plate. She can make mistakes on the details so you need to double-check before you sign anything. I recommend her!

If you want a lawyer that will give you straightforward explanations and tell you what to expect in your case, she is the one you want. She never gave me false expectations and would tell me which steps would have the most positive outcome in my case. Overall she really does care about her clients and just wants what is best for them. Sometimes the emotions take over and you need someone like her to put it into plain language for you. Be prepared for some "tough love" though, she will not just say what she thinks you want to hear. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

Do yourself a favour, RUN don't walk away from this disaster. You will be deeply disappointed. Doesn't understand the facts. Will not argue the correct points. Judges dislike her. Does not listen to the client. Is not strategic. Offers no valuable advice. Hire a paralegal, or a recent drop out from Law School and you will get better representation.
