Saying Harvel Bassi is an immaculate lawyer is an understatement. This guy knows his stuff and I highly reccomend him without hesitation. Not only did he win my case, but he always went above and beyond to keep me continuously informed. He’s not your regular lawyer, he’s a lawyer that made you feel confident in the case because he’s so intellectually sound. In the end, we created a friendship and he is THE MAN.

Harval represented me for a sexual assault in which I had been falsely accused. Harval had full confidence in me and let me know he believed my innocence and was there every step of the way. Whenever I had a question about the case, or just needed some reassurance, he was just a quick text message away, always responding as soon as he could. Not only was he there for me, but I appreciated how genuine and and realistic he was. He let me know of all the possible outcomes, and how to go handle myself when it came time for court. Harval is outstanding. He defended my son when charged with over 80. We went to him at our lowest point, fearful & lost. From the 1st phone conversation Harval proved to be ethical, knowledgeable, & kind. He listens, gives solid advice, & is always available to answer questions. He knows the law & the court system. He has integrity & charges fairly. When another matter arose with a family member Harval guided us through the legal process but said we did not need to hire him unless things went south (which they didn't with his guidance). Things worked out well and we won the case. Harval was exceptional and no matter what I would have been satisfied with any outcome. Harval is an amazing lawyer, he is very honest and straight forward. During my case he always put my well being first as well as making sure that I understood what risk was at hand allowing me to weigh my options. His first priority was always keeping me from jail time and gaining a criminal record. He was always available when needed, I could call him at anytime and he would ALWAYS respond. I hired Harval Bassi as my lawyer for my second DUI charge. The crown was seeking hefty fines, license suspension and possible jail time. Harval exceeded my high expectations and beat my case with ease. He found many flaws in my arresting officers statement and had prepared several other arguments rendering the officer speechless in the court room.
