We retained Gary Bennett after being led to believe that he had extensive experience in negotiating contracts and resolving conflicts. However after 5 months, hardly nothing was achieved in our matter other than writing a single letter and leaving voice mails in failed communication attempts
For the last 3 months, Mr. Bennett refused to work on our case claiming that our retainer was used up and that we owed him several hundred dollars more. This was actually not the case as we were double billed by over $1,500. A simple accounting issue which should have taken not more than 2 days to fix actually took over 2 months.
Never before have we been treated so rudely and unprofessionally than by Mr. Bennett & staff. A scheduled 15 minute phone meeting was missed without any apology, several emails were never replied to and we were hung up in our face so many times, we lost count!
Due to the severity of everything that happened, we have no choice but to file a complaint with the
