Worst lawyer I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He would eat up the retainer then threaten to not come to court till you paid the new bill. Paperwork would be sent to him that he asked for then claim he never got it. A lot of gaslighting, saying one thing in the beginning then later on telling you he never said that. One time he drafted and filed a consent order with the wrong details, he had to rewrite the order 3 times before the judge would sign it. Waste of time, I didn't feel like he was on my side. He financially bled me dry and our case is still ongoing. I would not recommend.

All Rick is good at is ringing up a bill. He stalls and delays at every step. All while billing for every email and letter along the way. When you run out of money he’ll withdraw as lawyer of record. Stay away.
