I could go on and on but stay away. Used for a mortgage refinancing and he forgot to pay outstanding debt (reason for hiring him) and did not contact for months about error. Tried to sweep under rug. wound up costing money and additional fees. Very unapologetic for error and caused months of unbelievable stress. Sloppy work at best. Was not rehibursed for a job that he did not do correctly and took months. He did cover added interest though... hence the one star
