Mr. Perryman is an excellent attorney in my book! I am the sole beneficiary in my recently deceased mom and stepdad‘s trust. However, a disgruntled, undeserving relative, decided to contest it when he found out he was disinherited. This relative and his wife hired a “super lawyer,” (as he was referred to on the Internet) and they were very smug and sure that they were going to win. Mr. Perryman was excellent in comprising short and to the point letters to the opposing counsel, using detailed information I gave him, to explain why my parents disinherited this relative. Mr Perryman really had the proficiency in knowing just how much information to present my case. I wanted to go all in, with all my cards on the table, to shock and awe and slam them with everything I had, but Mr. Perryman convinced me that the law was on my side and presented exactly what we needed in order to have the case dismissed. Horrible attorney is Temecula, Ca. He over charged me in a small probate case. He charged me over 40K and did not file correct paper work, was a terrible litigator, and gave very little effort, however over charging at every angle. DO NOT listen to Avvo, it is not honest. This guy is all about the money!!!!
