Through legal aid, Mr. Joubin acted on my family law case. With Ram's attention, I felt as important as a top-paying client.
Ram has the utmost professionalism and is always respectful. From the get-go, his calm, patient demeanour set me at ease, enabling me to tell my emotional situation. When he summarised, I was impressed by his incredible attention to detail; I knew he understood the finer points of what I was trying to convey. Ram suggested options for my case. He clearly outlined my case's merits and we chose a strategy. After our meeting, he got to work to put it into action; the necessary letters, paperwork, filings, et cetera.
I never felt pressured by Ram to do as he said; instead, it felt like a team effort; he’d ensure I was on board with what was taking place, getting my input on letters before sending them or my go-ahead on the next steps.
I felt very fortunate to have Ram's expertise act on my behalf; he was the right person to represent my children and me.

I switched to Mr Ram Joubin about 4.5 years ago and it was the best decision I made .Ram has helped me out tremendously in my family issue and I can't thank him enough. Horrible lawyer. God complex. He doesn’t know procedures and treats people with such disrespect. The biggest problem is he doesn’t follow process or the law and this causes you to lose big time. Then he blames you for his incompetence. Also, he is grossly understaffed.

not satisfied and change him to another legal aid lawiar and now happy. He too busy and show off more. Secretary and transletor work my file. Maybe he good before but now is into political I think and want another thing and not do law job. knowledge okay but others not.

I have experience meeting various lawyers in my line of volunteer work for social aid.
