only reason this is a 1 is that there is no zero option - dragged a simple agreement on for months and never was able to get it right, my partner's lawyer had to finish it - mistake after mistake - arrogant and condescending attitude from him and the managing partner who I complained to - felt I was ripped off and abused.

Matt was an arrogant, full of himself bully. He made deals with my ex’s lawyer before consulting me, when I wouldn’t agree, he yelled and screamed at me. Someone needs to knock the chip off his shoulder. Didn’t listen to me. The result was far worse after working with Matt. Disgusted and broke.

He did nothing for me in almost 2 years. I got more done then he did. He never got me one court date and I paid almost $8000. This guy is a joke and if you want to waste money.. this is your guy!
