	11/20/20	1	1	1	1	1	only reason this is a 1 is that there is no zero option - dragged a simple agreement on for months and never was able to get it right, my partner's lawyer had to finish it - mistake after mistake - arrogant and condescending attitude from him and the managing partner who I complained to - felt I was ripped off and abused.
