Talks a good talk but then is quickly swayed by the opposition. Proceeds to try to repeatedly force the opposing sides outrageous agenda, while becoming hostile, aggressive, disrespectful, condescending, repetitive, forgetful to your past conversations and his promises in return. Caves to the opposition when litigating as if switching sides saying he likes to "be friends" with them and the judge. Stalls and delays responses to urgent issues/ his own promises saying "he is working on them" when nothing is happening as evidenced by no hours logged for weeks. Causes immense stress and worry for false promises and lack of follow through. Broke trust. Doesn't seem to get it. His paralegal is also terribly inept and comes across as unprofessionally juvenille. Money is better spent elsewhere on someone you don't have to convince or defend yourself to after you've already payed your large retainer. Seems inexperienced in Family Law, and to forget who's paying the bill. Very disappointed.

Matthew at Crossroads law is by far someone that you can connect with, share your hardships about divorce and also at a human level he will take you through what you can and cannot do with your case. Divorce is one of the hardest things I have went through, but knowing that Matthew was there to respond in a timely fashion on the same day was comforting. I was very grateful to have Matthew representing me in a difficult divorce case. My ex-spouse had reneged on an agreement we'd made between ourselves, and I was so angered by this that I could barely speak to him. Matt negotiated a new deal that minimized my losses and safeguarded my priorities - my child being foremost amongst them. Where do I even begin, I was recently faced with a Family Law situation that I needed some direction on.
