Stay Away. He was not trust worthy. He ignored the substantive and credible evidence in my case and did not apply the rule of law in an unfair divorce arbitration award. His Arbitration Agreement was filled with ambiguity enabling him to interpret the agreement as complete control and authority to render any decision without appeal, in complete contradiction to the intent of the parties and assurances he verbally provided. He was completely recalcitrant in his bias decisions and did not apply the law regarding factors for dissipation on a family business which existed before the breakdown of the marriage, which was authorized by both parties, and which benefited both parties. Most egregious, Judge Epstein distributed proceeds from the sale of our home to my wife to buy her own home, while denying me my own home, then authorizing my housing proceeds to be dissipated on paying my wife's legal fees.$400,000 on legal fees after all assets were already divided. Its not broken its fixed.
