Negative advocate for my wife who created conflict and misstatements in order to delay a negotiated settlement until the family bank account was drained of $1,500,000. He claimed he couldn't settle until he valued the family business, spent $54,000 on an expert, then never submitted the report. He was never satisfied with Discovery to drive enforcement action against me, then had a Judge appoint his best friend since 10 years old, Laurence Cutler; who charged $63,000 for a report again not worth submitting to trial. Not satisfied, he sent a third forensic accountant on a wild goose chase who charged $80,000 to find no hidden assets. His firm charged an average $17,000 per month for 33 months ($561,000), and chose to ingratiated his childhood friends and industry colleagues while ruining our family, our kids future, our lifetime savings. My ex earns $30,000 per year, yet blew $1,000,000 on this Rasputin which she can never earn back, in hopes of a settlement not feasible. Stay away.
