The lawyer only provided the retainer with the no google review provision on the day I closed on a commercial property a few months later. It was either sign it or risk being sued by the sellers for breach of contract since my lawyer refused to close without me signing that document.

Retained 3 weeks ago - was suppose to close my real estate deal today - nothing no signing no word no one answers the phone buyer beware - now i have to find a new lawyer that can close a deal in 48 hrs. So disappointed in Mr Jaramillo
