Mr Mayzel handled the sale of my dental practice and incorporation as well. My wife and I were pretty stressed out but Mr Mayzel said he would "hold our hand" through the entire process and handle everything. He was true to his word and very patient with us.. Mr Mayzel was available even in the evening to answer questions and handle issues that had come up in the day. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. We would highly recommend Mr Mayzel and DMC lawyers.

Extremely bad lawyer to work with. He and his partner Michael Carabash are cash grabber. All they care is their pockets

Mr. Mayzel originally agreed to provide a partnership agreement for our dental practice. After an initial meeting, he did not contact us in spite of repeated attempts to communicate with him by phone and email. After almost two months, his partner was contacted and let us know that they were too busy to take on our file. This seriously delayed us and was handled very unprofessionally.
