The worst family lawyer I have ever come across- take your money elsewhere. Her and her assistant are very incompetent. You will end up doing the briefs for them and represent yourself during the hearings. She is not on top of her paper work and barely spreads during hearings. She will force you to settle, without taking your points into consideration. Given that she claims she had 23 years of experience, I expect litigation experience, be able to hold a conversation/ represent client during hearings. Waste of one year and money. She is not worth what she charges. A law student can do a better job or clients themselves.

I would not recommend Eva as a Family Lawyer. As indicated by her many years of experience, she is seemingly knowledgeable, but she is incapable of getting the job done. Her actions are motivated by her desire to appease the courts and do not take into consideration the client's wishes. Her poor communication skills lead to confusion and ultimately delays in the process. If you are ok with her high price point and have no expectations on timelines, then maybe this is the lawyer for you; otherwise, look elsewhere.

If you are male - do not engage this lawyer for your divorce - she will only work for the benefit of the female to ensure you pay for everything - Eva will only instruct you to issue payments according to the legal stature - and if the proceedings are not going her way - jack up her rates - I had to part ways after paying $4000 and receiving nothing but ongoing bad advise to just settle and pay out... please beware

Eva is knowlegable and understanding. She was clear in explaining what I should expect from family court. I found her prices expensive, her rates went up while I was in the middle of my case. Eva was quick to respond to me when I needed her.
