Terio Francis has been the best lawyer I’ve worked with by far , he communicates regularly involving you in your case after ever update, he’s friendly but honest to talk to , he’s doesn’t beat around the bush ; he tells you how it is even if you don’t want to hear it , his knowledge is incredibly accurate as he’s called every move the insurance companies make before they make it and is prepared to make the next move before they are . Terio tried to get me to sign up when he left his previous firm. He was willing to offer me a reduce retainer but I do not believe he has the knowledge or experience to do a good job. I chose to stay with the firm he worked with previously. Also it is wrong what he is doing and unfair to his previous firm.
