WARNING! IN MY OPINION Jacob Stall is a very dishonest lawyer. He sided with the oposite party who paid him to make up the legislation.Specifically he told me that under Canadian law once the retroactive support is calculated the JUSTICE through a formula takes about half of it. He assured me that was the law. I checked with another lawyer and this law doesn't exist, he made it up. He also made up the court rules preventing me to go to trial, raising the fee, yet he was charging a lot to prepare for it (supposedly).He redacted the final court order in a way that can't be enforced by the FRO, by not writing exact amounts of money for child support for one my kids simply put "will pay child support" for the other one wrote a %. when I tried to enforced through the FRO they say the can't because there isn't specific amounts.This is a trick dirty lawyers use to scam their clients .Jacob Stall altered the bill by charging for documents he never worked on.WHITE COLLAR DELINQUENT. BE CAREFUL!
