When I started my criminal proceedings, I was looking at three months in jail and a hefty fine. George, however, was successfully able to negotiate for a conditional discharge -- meaning no jail time, no fine, and I received probation. George is very professional, well-spoken, well-read, and empathic to his clients. He will fight for your rights. He's very prompt with responding to phone calls, emails and texts, and will happily make time to hear you out, as well as give excellent legal recommendations. Thank you George!

Very passive lawyer. He represented my granddaughter in a private prosecution for a sexual assault. The crowns would not allow her to put her case through based on the wrong reasons. Other senior lawyers said that George's work was a disaster. The crowns would not allow her case to go through, to protect police who forgot her case. The crowns engaged in a lot of other misconduct. When she did a Judicial Review, the judge stated that her lawyer agreed with the stay according to the transcript. His poor legal work messed things up for her completely. He is not willing to go to bat for his clients and showcase the credibility of his clients. She was credible. Her perpetrator had her falsely charged with signing a letter on his behalf when his signature actually turned out to be a match not hers, he lied to police on an ongoing basis and she was the only honest one. What a shame. Just another fancy lawyer not wanting to breach friendships with crowns.

George took on two matters before the courts in College Park, Toronto. on my behalf. He was a referral, and frankly, I got far more than I had hoped for. His depth of understanding of the current laws, and how they could be applied to my advantage, was top notch. Slated for trials in both cases, George had both sets of charges withdrawn before trial commenced by providing in depth legal arguments, and by advising me appropriately before I made decisions based on what was in front of me. Though I'm a stonemason, and a layman, I had an opportunity to read his Charter arguments, and I was thoroughly impressed with how detailed and comprehensive his knowledge of the law is, and how it related to my case. George always treated me with the utmost respect, professional consideration, and interest on a personal level, despite having a prior criminal record. Thank you George. I won't squander the opportunity that your great work has provided.
