I don’t know if John is terrible, or if he has too much on his plate. To start: John NEVER returns phone calls. We would call & call for a couple weeks with no call back, then finally go to the office, and the only way you could get him to talk to you is if he happened to be passing the reception area while you were there. He doesn’t work in a timely manner. He does not work for the client: In one instance, he actually took the side of another lawyer’s client despite & against a written agreement which was fulfilled. Their own site says “Creative lawyering, aggressive advocacy and enduring perseverance” but we have not seen any of this (the opposite in fact). I not only would not recommend John, I have steered 2 potential clients away from him (so far), and when I needed another lawyer recently, I avoided him at all costs!
