Honestly every offer letter we drafted up needed to be edited and then sometimes edited again a third time as her and her assistant could leave things out, spell my child's name wrong, I even got other clients confidential correspondence emailed to me in error. Every time we did speak she was totally lost about my case. I was always billed for her time, not her assistants or clerks who were just likely doing everything. After nearly $10,000 and a year and a half, I really have nothing to show for it. No more additional time with my child, nothing. I feel devastated and ripped of hardcore. I can't stand to hear their radio ad.
