Tricia has very limited knowledge on a number of legal separation/divorce laws. Her office is the public library and their computers. Has to google to find answers. My opinion is to stay far away from her and look for a legitimate lawyer....I wish I had.

Ms Dwyer is an incompetent fraud. She will promise you that she can take your case andwill convince you that you have a strong case. She offers you consultation up front but beware. Once you put your $$ into the trust account, she all of a sudden changes her tune. Then became negative about our chances at winning the case if we did proceed. she expected my husband to do all the case research, to draft all the letters and all she did was look at all his email correspondences. She even refused to help us contact the other parties to set up a meeting & said any meetings we wanted to have with the other parties, she would not attend ,we could just handle on our own, that we didn't need to involve her for that. The only things she did was look over emails if all the work my husband did to prepare the case. Then we asked for our $800 back. she then only sent $400 back to us. We never signed a contract. We sent 2 more emails asking for the rest of our $$ be returned and she stopped replying
